1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using My Shared House, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the platform.
2. What My Shared House is
My Shared House is a private platform that helps people share their own homes with family and friends. We only provide the tools to organise apartments, calendars and booking requests. We are not a party to any arrangement made between users.
3. No responsibility for properties, bookings or guests
My Shared House has zero responsibility for anything that happens to a property or in connection with a booking. We do not own, manage, inspect or control any home listed on the platform, and we are not responsible for the condition, safety, legality or availability of any property. Everything that happens between hosts and their guests is entirely their own responsibility.
4. Responsibilities of hosts and guests
Hosts are solely responsible for their properties, for who they invite, and for complying with any applicable laws, rules and agreements. Guests are solely responsible for their own conduct and for any damage, loss or dispute arising from a stay. Any agreement to stay is strictly between the host and the guest.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Shared House and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including property damage, personal injury, loss, theft, or disputes between users, arising from the use of the platform or from any booking.
6. Bookings are agreements between users
A confirmed booking is an agreement between the host and the guest only. My Shared House does not guarantee any booking, does not process payments for stays, and takes no part in resolving disputes between users.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
